3.1 Our IP
All materials, methodologies, frameworks, designs, and software tools created or used by Signitiva before or during a project remain the exclusive property of Signitiva, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain full ownership of:

- Any data, documents, or materials provided to Signitiva.

3.3 License to Use Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

We handle all client data and proprietary information in accordance with:

Signitiva will:
- Use client data solely for agreed purposes.
- Restrict access to authorized personnel only.
- Ensure subcontractors and third parties are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.
- Use of the Website

- Limitation of Liability

- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
